Hi, I'm Bec! I have been enjoying yoga for a number of years and I love what it has to offer on many levels - physically, mentally and emotionally. After many years of working in both the corporate and public sector world, attending pre-natal yoga classes whilst pregnant with my daughter made me realise that I needed to make a change to my lifestyle and follow my passions.
I have completed a variety of trainings and workshops and continue to widen my knowledge and experience in all types of yoga attending workshops, training and events. I am a qualified Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga teacher completing my training with Jamie and Dulce, The Yoga People, (It's Yoga) who have inspired me to follow my love for yoga and begin teaching.
I hope to offer you a yoga experience that helps to build strength and create calm, bringing some happiness and balance to your day.
Qualifications, Trainings and Workshops
- 200hrs Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher training with The Yoga People (It's Yoga)
